Good breakfast, location. All standard services available.
No ventilation of bathroom - always wet and strong disinfectant smell. After return the hotel wouldn't mind to answer our e-mail about some banking payment issue
The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the rooms (VIP) are decorated with taste and originality and the location is near perfect for enjoying the city.
I loved the high ceilings in the large and spacious rooms. I requested a quiet room and it was blissfully quiet. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Hotel Esplendor is my preferred hotel in Buenos Aires. I'll be back soon!
The breakfast service could be improved. The scrambled eggs were kept in a bain-marie which meant it was always dry and overcooked. If possible eggs should be cooked on order.
Location and interior design of the hotel is excellent, they even upgraded us when returned for a second stay
Breakfast service was very poor, staff wasd alwas delayed with something and did not seem to care about the guests. Requests was answerd late. Apart from breakfast all other services were fine.
Great size rooms and perfect central location
The breakfast wasn't great at all but they said they are changing the company as of this coming week.
I was unfortunate enough to be robbed in Buenos Aries and the the staff were extremely helpful arranging extra nights stay, the use of the reception phone and arranging all taxi costs to be charged to my room
The fee of 868 was with out the 21%vat, but I was charged more at the end, and would like an explanation.
The breakfast was a d rating. I have 2 milliom miles with Delta American express card, and of all the hotels in my 67 years, this was one of the lowest rated breakfasts I have had. Let me repeat, this is my only yes only complaint. Where were the fruits... banana only one day. and slices of possibly 2 oranges and apples. are miniscule. Strawberry, blueberry, banana every day. Raisins... I could go on.
Very comfortable and althought we had our room on a main road, you could barely hear the road. Also they were very accomadating to allow for us to have an early check in as well as arrange for transportation to the airport.
This is not about the hotel but the area- the area is great but do not go into the Orleans cafe across the street. While it may look like a quaint local resturant, it is actually a bordel, which is not obvious until you enter the joint.
The design and the art within the hotel was very interesting. The location was very good for us this time.
The coffe and the lack of black tea.
Location is excellent base for seeing various other parts of the city. Staff were in general very helpful and responsive in obtaining bookings at restaurants, answering questions, etc.
There was a bedside lamp that was not working when we arrived. Despite asking 3 or 4 times to have it repaired/replaced, and being told that would be done, it never happened.
The Hotel was within the walking distance of the commercial avenues of Buenos Aires City area - next to Florida Street and downtown area.
The Internet service located on the mezzanine was not the best place also the ilumination is too dark. In order to use the internet facilities you have to make two or tree stops. first lobby, then mezzanine or you room then return to mezzanine. I wanted a queen bed but the insisted on two doubles on a room for a single person. My reservation clearly stated 1 person not 2.
THe hotel is ideallyt located and the staff is wonderful...very helpful and accommodating....
The localization was excellent
The price they´d gave us on 20/04 was 2600 pesos, and on 21/04, durign the ckeck out, the price was 2750 pesos. No explanations were given.
The nice decoration of the rooms. Close to a huge luxury shopping center (Galerías Pacífico).
ideal Location -- we got an upgrade (huge room with Jacuzzi) -- very quiet due to good quality windows
